Review
The Rose Inn is housed in a 16th Century thatched building situated in the picturesque village of Willoughby near Rugby, Warwickshire. It’s about ½ mile from Bridge 85 on the Oxford Canal and is a traditional English country pub restaurant serving high quality food with service to match.
The Prymaka’s are the most recent licensees, having reopened the pub in December 2010. It’s proving to be very popular with both locals and the many visitors it attracts from the surrounding area and the waterway. There is ample parking provided and a superb area for kids to play as well as a good sized beer garden for the parents.
The Rose used to be CAMRA listed under the previous licensee and is sure to be again as it offers a fine selection of real ales to enjoy in the warm and friendly surroundings.
